Dr Milou has treated our three dogs (including one puppy) multiple times. The home visits are perfect because our dogs can get care in the comfort of their homes (one of them is not fond of ‘going to the vet’!). They all love Dr Milou! She is gentle and connects with our dogs. They think she’s just a lovely visitor!!!
We especially love the reminders the clinic provides, particularly for reminding us when the dogs are due for tick and flea medicine, as this really important to keep up with.
All in all, we feel so happy and secure knowing that Vetzcapes is nearby and the care is top notch".

"Dr.Milou always provides our dogs with excellent care. She’s patient and communicates every step of the treatment with us. When we had to castrate our dogs we were very nervous but Milou kept us in the loop through the whole process. From the pre-surgery advice to the aftercare weeks later. Even after the surgery Milou let our dogs stay at the clinic until they were recovered. It was a huge relief to know our dogs were in good hands. Milou is always ready to hear us out if our pets have an issue and provides us with a variety of treatment options according to what we are comfortable with. Its nice to have a vet that takes our pets and family into consideration when gicving treatment to the point of doing home visits. Our dogs have never been happier or healthier.
